We know that leaving your pet with someone you don't know is not easy. The separation from them is usually a hard and emotional moment. For this reason we go out of our way to offer you personalized attention to make the experience much happier and assure you that your best friend will be well cared ford in our hands.
First things first...
Trial Day
For Dog Boarding, Daycare and Fun Squad Day we require a trial night or day (depending on the service required) before a more extended stay so that you can be at ease while away from your pup, knowing that your dog is familiar with the environment and other dogs. For Dog Boarding we require a 7 days cancelation policy, or 50% of your total amount will be retained as compensation. For the rest of the services we require a 72-hour cancelation policy, or 20% of your total amount will be retained as compensation.
Please book as early as possible so we can plan accordingly. Spaces are limited and do book up quickly.
Pet Hotel
Home-like Boarding
In our home-like set up your dog will enjoy both nice outdoor spaces, such as cool interiors in summer and warm and cozy in winter. We treat your pet as we do ours, with that in mind we take care of a reduced number of dogs at the same time so we are able to dedicate as much attention as possible to their needs and care. If your dog sleeps in a crate at home, we have them available as well to ensure your dog stays on the same routine with us as they do at home

Dogs may have as many potty breaks as they please during the day at the outdoor patio with plenty of space to roam, sniff, and play around. At night, they will be indoors to rest on cozy beds, open or close crates or on the sofa (depending on the dog's behaviour/training) until bedtime.

Dog Daycare
Our small group daycare program reinforces positive behavior, confidence, and good manners through games to improve obedience and focus. A variety of dogs benefit from this interaction, including puppies who need to learn socialization skills, highly intelligent dogs who become easily bored, and adult dogs who prefer smaller groups. Your dog will play in a hand-selected group of friends always under our eagle eye supervision!

Our professional Dog grooming service includes ears check & cleaning, nail trimming, bath with soothing shampoo, blueberry facial, blow dry and haircut-style. All this done with the most amazing eco-friendly products enriched with essential oils and natural ingredients, the best for your dog and for the environment. The best for us all!

Remember you can also bring your dog for a wash, brush and retouch between full grooms.

Like people, dogs come in all shapes and sizes – no two are alike. Because of this, pricing may vary due to the size of your dog, condition and length of coat, and temperament, give us a call or pass by for more info.

Squad Fun Day
Service
We will take your dog on an adventure! Fun squad day it's not a fixed activity, could be a day sniffing around at the forest, a visit to the dog pool or a mentally and physically challenging visit to the agility park. We will select various activities and small groups to make sure your dog gets the fun and exercise needed according to the breed and parents recommendation in the safest way possible.
